When it's time to go shopping, after locating all of the freebies, make a list of groceries you need to get.  Then choose all of the close stores and gather their fliers.  Make a column for each store and begin pricing.  You might have to spend time going to different stores, but in the end it will save you a ton.

For example, we need milk, bread, and eggs every week.
  Jewel Dominicks Tony's Coupons
Milk
Bread (Wonder)
Eggs

I live close to Jewel, Dominicks and Tony's, so I look up the price.

  Jewel Dominicks Tony's Coupons
Milk 1.89 1.99 2.37
Bread (Wonder) 2.47 2.47 2.55 .55
Eggs 1.99 .99 .99

I circle the best price for everything I need and then make a list for each store, along with pulling the correct coupons for each trip.  When prices are even I choose convenience.  I will buy my bread at Jewel when I get my milk.
